8-week Pre-Season Program

​High School (+7-8th)

  • September 12-November 4.
  • Players register for training 1x, 2x, or 3x per week for 8 consecutive weeks.
  • Boys & Girls.
  • Training sessions go 1 hour & 15 minutes.
  • 8-10 player max per group.
  • Reserve your days & times during registration.
  • Program progresses through multiple phases during the 8 weeks.
  • The goal of the program is to advance each player's ability and to prepare them for the upcoming basketball season.
  • Group will go at the speed of the most skills player in the group.
  • Grades 7-8th are allowed to join.
  • All skill levels are welcome!  *Through experience, players that are unfocused and easily distracted tend to fall behind and/or hold the group back - difference in skill level does not matter as much.

Registration

  • Advancing Ball Handling Skills
  • Improving Shooting Consistency
  • Developing Multiple Scoring Options
  • Improving Cardio & Basketball Strength/Movements (no weights unless 10 lbs. or less)
  • Improving Game IQ

​Grades 4-6th (+7-8th)

  • September 12-November 4.
  • Players register for training 1x, 2x, or 3x per week for 8 consecutive weeks.
  • Boys & Girls.
  • Training sessions go 1 hour & 10 minutes.
  • 8-10 player max per group.
  • Reserve your days & times during registration.
  • Program progresses through multiple phases during the 8 weeks.
  • The goal of the program is to advance each player's basketball ability and knowledge.
  • Group will go at the speed of the most skills player in the group.
  • Grades 7-8th are allowed to join.
  • All skill levels are welcome!  *Through experience, players that are unfocused and easily distracted tend to fall behind and/or hold the group back - difference in skill level does not matter as much.
